We are always looking for volunteers to help in the garden!  Here are some ways you can help:

Adopt a Garden
Sign up to care for a specific garden plot on the AALC property through our exciting new Adopt-a-Garden Program. In the spring we will host a Garden Celebration including a walk around the gardens to enjoy everyone's efforts.

Participate in an Event
The GEO-Ed Committee hosts a variety of events throughout the year. Visit the Upcoming Events page to see what's next.

Join the GEO-Ed Committee
The GEO-Ed Committee meets regularly to discuss plans for the garden and upcoming events.  Be on the lookout for the next meeting.  We'll share the date and time on the blog, via email, and through the weekly newsletter sent home with students.

Donate Seeds and Supplies
Donations of seeds and gardening supplies are very helpful!  Check out the Wish List on the right sidebar to see what we need.  Please email us at aalcgeo@gmail.com to arrange drop-off of gardening donations.

Pick a Task
A list of garden tasks is posted inside the tool shed by the parking lot.  Stop by any time, pick a task and get started!  If you're gardening during school hours, please check in as a visitor at the front desk before you begin.  New AALC garden helpers can visit the Garden Orientation page to learn how to water, where to put the weeds you pull, and more.
